I really wanted to get a picture of her in her church outfit because OMG denim dress + pigtails = amazing. But, by the time we got home from church (4:15) she was barely coherent. We literally had to stand her up on the bed while we changed her clothes into her softies so she wouldn’t fall asleep before we got to my parents’ for dinner. We made it to the driveway….success. Also, check out those cheeks. Wanna brush ’em with butter and bake ’em in the oven.
And after nap and dinner, what is better than a t-shirt-diapered-pigtailed baby.
“Maam, look at this giant stick that Grandpa gave me!”
In conclusion: pigtails are awesome. I love having a girl. Amen.

She looks so adorable and yes I have to agree that her cheeks look delicious. What is it about chubby baby cheeks? Pigtails make her look so grown up!
