Every year our friends host a really fun early Thanksgiving for the same four families of friends. My kids look forward to it every year- we do crafts and play fun games, we always eat some of my most favorite foods and get to sit and catch up while the kids run amok. The last two years we have driven over to the Pagan’s house for Friendsgiving and said “hopefully next year we will just walk across the street!” And now, the house is done and we live in it and we actually did get to just carry our stuff over the street to their house. It’s pretty special. I think this was our sixth year together!
