One of Thatcher’s very favorite things is Lightning McQueen and his gang so it was a no brainer to theme his birthday party with all things CARS. This baby has me so wrapped around his finger it’s ridiculous. LOVE HIM SO MUCH. We did just finger food snacks and chocolate/vanilla cupcakes for my little ginger with a few friends and the whole fam. Let’s be honest, “the whole fam” is turning out to be a pretty big posse but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thatcher just loved all the people coming over to play with him. I wish I was filming when Grandpa showed up! Just totally ran to him with open arms.
I probably should do a separate post for his actual birthday pictures but it’s my blog and I’m too lazy right now. ONWARD. Thatch turned two on the 14th- and if you are thinking that I wept once on his birthday, you are wrong. I wept several times. How has it been two years since Thatch brought so much more light into our world?! We had a play date with our friends, ate donuts, had a nap, and picked up the big kids. All regular stuff made infinitely happier with Thatcher.
