And then there is Madilyn. Madi was born in May to my brother Scott and his wife JaNae and she is the happiest baby I have ever seen. She also consistently came out #1 in the cutest outfit competition.

Morgan and BEARDY JAZZ. I pleaded and begged for the beard to stay. So far so good. Isn’t he so incredibly handsome? I know!
And so we return, back to work and laundry and alarm clocks. It was a fantastic first Christmas as a married couple. I gave Jazz a Garmin GPS unit, I think I actually surprised him for once. He bought me a *gasp* grey leather handbag that is so perfect that I sometimes sleep with it under my pillow. He also got me the Wilton Cake Decorating set that was on my wish list. I mentioned before that I was gifted the Nikon D60 by my parents and I can’t thank them enough for this wonderful new camera. A lot of these pictures were taken after I got my new toy and I can really tell a difference in the quality of the pictures.
Most if all I loved spending time with my husband. We were together almost every hour for ten whole days and I am constantly reminded why he is my best friend. He takes such good care of me and fits in to our family so well, I am incredibly lucky to be married to him. I hope every Christmas we have will be as wonderful as the one that we just spent together- full of laughter and children and food and family.
After all, what is more Christmassy than being in love.

That was a great post! Madi seriously is a little chunk! Her cheeks are adorable. Finally a baby that put Tanner’s rolls to shame! Love that your mom was playing Rock Band! Your family looks like tons of fun to be around! All of you have flawless skin…I am really jealous! The Christmas vest is hot! Glad that you had an awesome first Christmas as a married couple! It is always fun when you can surprise your husband with something!
