I feel like I am perpetually packing my suitcase. Today I drove to California- a boring eleven hours through Nevada. I came home because one of my friends got married and I am playing the harp at his reception tomorrow night. I’m glad to be home- I missed my family and especially my dog, Fluffs. This is the last time I will be apart from Jazz- after this trip we will be MARRIED.
We went to see my new baby niece tonight! She is less than two days old- her name is Madilyn and she is beautiful. I got to hold her for a long time and she is perfect and I wanted to take her home with me. I told her I am the “fun aunt” and not to listen to the other mean aunties and I promised to bring her some little cousins to play with.
Also- we had this crazy idea today. So far, the plan was for my bishop to marry us. However, I don’t know him very well at all, and he has a hard time remembering who I am. I came up with this obviously BRILLIANT plan to have my Uncle Kerry marry us. If you know him, you know he is definitely a character. Full of personality, I can guarantee the ceremony will be awesome. I hope this works out.
