   This is the second time today images of cupcakes have been thrust in front of my face, and I sit like a maroon without any frosting on my face.

   Yummy! I want to be a guest at your house and sleep in your cute guest room and eat those cupcakes. Your place is adorable! I actually bought mini cupcake wrappers yesterday. Now I need a tiny tin to cook them in.
